We are able to provide compliance inspections, from Portable Appliance Testing of any electrical equipment supplied with the property, NICEIC Periodic Inspections (Condition Report) of the electrical installation, through to a 24-hour emergency service for electrical breakdowns.
Whether you are looking to purchase a property and require an engineers assesment of the property or you are looking to rent your property out; we are able to provide the necessary certification for Mortgage Companies, Letting Agents and Insurance Companies.
We also provide full maintenance and servicing of Fire Alarm systems in domestic property and houses of multiple occupation, in line with British Standard 5839: Part 6.

Our engineers assesment of your electrical installation will be based on its compliance with the IEE Wiring Regulations and the current Building Regulations.
The purpose of this survey is to ensure the continued safe operation of your electrical installation. The survey may highlight non compliances which may need to be rectified to ensure such safe operation, this work will be quoted for if required, however our report will detail in full any non-compliances.
